In the codes used below the combination OP stands for oval, portrait
orientation. It is followed by the rounded size of each model in
millimeters. The sizes have been derived from the original trade names
used by the Verwoerd workshop, and actual sizes may differ by one or
two tenths of a millimeter. The silver mounted model OP10x14.5 is an
example of the many variations produced by Schoonhoven silversmiths.
The caption below the pictures has the number of pieces sold, and the years in which
they have been produced. Although we believe that these figures are a
useful indication of the relative production sizes, they may be subject
to change on the basis of further research results.
